VAN Annual Meeting Exhibiting Fee (for non-members) : $300
Vermont Media Exchange (VMX) Access Fee: $310
Provides access to, and sharing of, non-commercial Vermont-Produced content via VAN’s VMX network.
VMX Qualifying Criteria (subject to change)
- Must be Organizational Supporting Member of VAN
- If a cable operator, its CPG does not impose Rule 8 PEG Access obligations
- Must be operating a local, non-commercial PEG Access channel on a cable television system for which there is not, nor has ever been a designated PEG Access Management Organization
- VMX programming may only be played on the cable operator’s non-commercial local programming or PEG Access channel(s), and may not be streamed over the internet or played on any other channel
- Member must agree to abide by VMX’s download, upload and all other usage guidelines.
